Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
i was mention in my uncle will, my half siter is in charge of his estate, she sent me a certified letter saying if you did not attended his funeral you did not inherit any thing, i have ask for a copy of his will. he pass in North Carolina I live in Texas. My question can i dispute the will and what are my chances

That sounds wierd. A will is a public record, so check probate where uncle lived in North Carolina. Perhaps you can get a copy from the court.
