Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

mom died-she had a bank act that dad kjust found out but when he presented the death cert he was told his SS# did not match what was on the acct- the will has been probated so how do we find out if iam on that acct as a survivorship??

Have the bank give the heir..by will..whatever documents exist. Your attorney for probate could best advise you as it should have been part of probate ..don't let it sit
