Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
my mom recently passed and has a vehicle that is not paid for but has about 4 payments left. Is there anything legally i can do to keep the vehicle.

Normally the county clerk has a form for changing title..if no other heirs...and if you pay the balance..and if other heirs agree...yes...if no agreement..difficult
