Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My mom told me that when I turned 21 that I'd get over $30,000 in an account that she set up for me that I couldn't touch until I turned 21 but now I'm 22 and she hasn't made any effort to give me the money that she set aside for me. How do I go about getting the money. All I know is that the money is in a credit union.

There is no way of knowing how your mother structured the gift - if there even was one. I would suggest repairing your relationship with your mother and getting the information from her. Otherwise, to investigate further, you'll need an attorney.
