Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Moms Estate

Mom 93 years old. My sister has taken it upon herself to get mom to place her on her checking account as well as having a warrenty deed with life estate prepare for her son to be heir to mom's house upon her death....and god knows what else....I am not geographically located close to my mom but have maintained a good relationship with mom, my sister and others over the years. Offering, my financial support, visiting on a regular basis, along with regular phone calls etc....I don't believe that mom had contractual capacity

when transactions were taking place....What should I do or not do?
