Mom's Will Not Notorized - Texas
My mom's will was not notorized. Is it good to use in court? This is Texas.

In order for it to be a valid will, it must be witnessed by two persons. If those witnesses are still available and can testify that they say your mom sign the will, then you can use it. If it is not witnessed and it is not handwritten, then it is not an effective will in Texas. Get with your lawyer and see if you need a will.
