Mortgage Deed
On a mortgage deed, the house is not paid for, if the husband and wife name on the deed husband(primary borrower)
wife(co-borrower)can either one sell the house without the others signature? Do you need both signatures?

The house is community property, so all one spouse could sell is their undivided one half.
It takes both signatures to sell the entire property.
