Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My mother died 2007. There are 5 siblings. I had a brother that died in 2000 leaving 2 kids. My left one of my brothers as the excutor of her will. My brother is now probating the will.

My question:

Is my deceased brother's 2 kids entitled to any of my mothers estate. She did not leave them in the will.

Thank You.
