Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Mother died with no will, deed to her house in her name only
We are selling my mothers house. Because she did not leave a will how do we divide. I had seven siblings. Do you divide it down to the grandchildren and great grandchildren if some of the siblings died with no will?

The laws of intestate successession can be found in the Texas statutes. Just give the contract to the title company and the escrow officer will make the appropriate requirements and distributions. The real answer is very long and we would need more facts to make the proper determination.
