Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Mother died in May of this year. Father is not the greatest person in the world, but has considerable wealth in property, money and oil and gas leases. Four months after our mom died (married 52yrs) he had another woman ready to move in. I predict he will be married again in a few months. Do we the kids have any rights to anything if he dies and does not do any pre-nup?
I entered the zip code 77584 which is where I live. My father's zip code is 75935.

It depends on whether or not he has a will. If there's a will, then the will controls. If there is no will, and he dies first, then Texas intestacy laws control. You each would have an interest in his estate.
