Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My mother is executrix of my grandmother's will. My grandmother's house was will to my mom's brother. He is in Peru and there is no evidence of him coming home. The will had to be probated due to medicaid trying to file a claim on the house. The house has been sold and all debts are being satisfied inluding medicaid. My question is the remaining money who gets it? If he doesn't return to claim who gets it?

Brother doesn't need to be here to get his funds. If he can't handle receiving the fund himself, a receiver should be appointed to act on his behalf.
