Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My Mother and Father both passed away around 7 years ago and I think I should have received something that I wasn't aware of and wasn't told about. How would I go about finding out this information if there is no public record of the will? Is it too late to do something about it?

It is too late. You have 4 years from date of death to bring an heirship proceeding.
