Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My mother inlaw passed away almost 4 years ago and her estate has still not been probated due to teh fact that the 3 living hiers cannot come to an agreement. There was no will. I have a copy of a document that she supposedly had typed up before she passed and i need to know if it is a legal standing document and can it be used as a will.

go to a lawyer..we hanlde probate..but u don't need a will to probate as most people don't have wills and the assets, if any, go to people as determined by law.ie first to spouse..then to children..and if no spouse, no children, to parents, etc or to aunts, uncles..etc..but it sounds like there are children..ie you spouse..so just hire a lawyer aand probate the esate..if any assets
Why won't they come to an agreement? Are they fighting about something? Or just non-responsive? And what kind of property is it that they cannot agree upon? Land? Car? Stuff?
