Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Mother left a will, but saving and checking and her car under my name, and my mother like husband and wife but the wills stated that divied into 3 of her daughtes, she had sold her to live with so how does that work now

If your mother has no assets that need "attention" for distribution, there is no need to probate the will.
