Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Mother owned home died in 1998, Father previously deceased, brother continued staying in home until he died in 2002, Sister now lives in home and is not paying taxes or making any repairs. There is one other living Sister and children of deceased Brother and a deceased Sister. What process to evict Sister living there and rent or sell home in Texas to divide amongst all? No will.

You can do heirship affidavits to clear title to the house. After that, you can file an action to partition the property, which is basically a court ordered sale of the house.
