Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My mother passed in 11/07 she has a husband in which he has a car and credit card in her name which he is not paying on either. He left the house in 9/09 and no one knows where he moved to. Also there are two houses that my grandmother who has also passed in 1987, purchased one house is paid for and my uncle lives there, the other should have been paid for but some reason isn't. My mother lived in the house that has not been paid for up until she passed. My mother has three siblings which has not made any payments or repairs on the house. I moved in to catch up the mortgage payments and do repairs on the house. My question is: Are there any rights prohibiting me and my three sisters in getting ownership of the home since no one wants to care for it or pay the mortgage payments?
