Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My mother passed away with no will 10 years ago my dad just pased away last week the only possesion they had was a house that no one has lived in in 5 years. My dad did have a will leaving me 50% and the other 50% to my siblings . What do i need to do to be able to sell the house.

Hire an attorney to probate the will. Ask the lawyer about your options regarding you mom's interest in the house.

We 'd be glad to help....call us..but the will must be probated to get division as you state...and if not probated within 4 years, it goes by law...
