Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My mother recently died. She and her husband were purchasing a home together. I resided in the home with them. He never had any children and she has two from her previous marraige. i wanted to know do we now own her part of the home?

I'm sorry to hear about your mother. As for your question, did your mother have a will? Was the purchase completed?

Probably. A spouse has the right to live in the home until death and may have more rights so without knowing all the facts, it is hard to be specific
