My mother whom has recently passed way, willed her house to my children which are 18 and 16 years old, with me being the Executor, in the will, it mentons that they would have to be 22 years old to receive it.

There is still a mortage on it, I have fallen behind on the mortage due to unemployment. what are my options as far as trying to keep the house, or would I be able to sell the home? By the way, the mortage company has not being notified of her death.
