You need to visit with an estate planning attorney in Texas. There are almost countless ways that the Will might need to be amended, and all of them can be easily and efficiently done. What works in one state simply does not always work in another. While I've seen some Wills that translate just fine, many many more of them do not. These issues will cost you time, money and may ultimately thwart your mother's plans. Get this looked at before it becomes impossible to fix.
