Naming Trustee on a Will
My daughter is married and preparing a Will. Should she name her husband as Trustee #1 on the will or does he automatically become trustee of their daughter's inheritance . She is naming me as 2nd Trustee also in case of his death.

Your daughter's husband (or anyone else for that matter) does not become a trustee under her will 'automatically.' To serve as the trustee, he must be named in the will, and must also qualify before the Surrogate after the Will is probated.
