Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
How can I obtain a copy of a will as a benificiary when the trustee has denied me a copy and since it was not filed in the courts because the will is in a trust and the attorney that drew up the will will not return my phone calls how can I obtain a copy of the will in place and being distributed as we speak when I'm being denied a copy, and I am a benificiary???

As a beneficiary, you can have an attorney open probate and the judge will compel production.
