Where do I obtain a copy of a will in which I am named in Dallas, TX in 1980?

If the will has ever been the subject of a probate case, you can get a copy from the Court's file. If it hasn't ever been probated, then the will is in private hands, and you don't have any right to obtain a copy (you could ask nicely and see what happens).
