Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Oil and Gas Mineral Rights STOLEN from heir and still producing

when the will has a claus that the heirs have deliberately kept assets from heir that was specifically given mineral rights.. The sons were directed in a direct deed to return all mineral right either upon the death of their mother or 10 years from dat of contract....they also have been receiving millions for 8 1/2 years since her death in oil and gas and even invested in their own company to hide assets, in extremes of hiding in a trust, They were will be voided as if they predeceased their mother, the one who was their deceased parent. Who personally requested them to make sure her daughter received the mineral rights........Is there someone who would take an easy case...?

I'm sure someone would take an easy case. However, yours certainly does not appear to be so. First comes enforcement of the Will. Second comes recovery of hidden/secreted assets.

You can expect to be bitterly resisted by the men who have millions at risk, and are well funded.
