Parents have passed away n left a mortgage. What do I do to get it under my name?

When did your parents die? Did they have wills? Did they have other debts? If they didn't have wills, you may be able to remove their names by using affidavits. This is fact specific, however. Feel free to call me if you wish to discuss.
