Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My parents wrote a joint will that left everything to the surviving spouce and then to the 2 sons equally. My Dad died in 2005 and my mother probated the will and now my mother passed away and the will states that everything goes to their 2 sons. 50/50. do we have to probate the will again?
