partition by court

my sister is refusing to partition me

my 1/2 of farm property we both co-

own. in general cases do judges

make the party refusing to cooperate

pay these expensive legal fees or will

I or do we both? How do judges in

general lean? Thanks

If someone is being particularly uncooperative, judges often charge them with the fees, but there are no guarantees.

This question has been asked and answered in one form or another several times. There would be no "expensive legal fees" if it were not for your actions. You want the partition, therefore you are the one who is going to have to front all the fees and expenses and then hope that at final trial that the Judge decides your sister should pay part of them.
