If you believe that a Will has been offered or admitted to probate that is not, in fact, the Last Will and Testament of the decedent, you may have the right to file a contest. Your odds of success on that front, without an attorney advising you, are next to none. You also have some time limits within which to act, and you should not waste any more time. Visit with an attorney immediately to discuss your options.
