personal rep on dads will

i am my fathers personal rep on his will and my mother is half owner of the estate. My fathers half of the estate belongs to the grand children. My mother is trying to sell all my dads personal property in the home. What can be done to stop her? I am living in the home as well to make sure she does not do anymore damage to the home. I live there with my son. And she was not metioned in my dads will at all. Please help

If you are your father's personal representative in the will, then you are not doing your job. You're responsible to the grandchildren. Have you filed the will for probate? You can get a court order to stop your mom. maybe you should get a lawyer.
