Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

POA - Real Estate

My father is the heir to a home left by my grandparents. He is currently under doctors care between a nursing home & hospital. I am his durable POA for all transactions including real estate. He recently put the home on the market to be sold. Can he do that being that I am his power of attorney? And is there any way I can have the home pulled off the market and any contracts rescended? thanks
