Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Power of Attorney

My husband became a quadriplegic 3 years ago. He gave his Durable Power of Attoney to his friend. Together they handled our community property: IRA & other investment behind me. They don't let me know how they spend the money even if I have demanded accounting records. What legal remedy do I have?

Visit a local attorney...your minister...or someone who can get thru the closed communications..
