probate

my farther died 15 yrs ago and just recently my step mom pasted away. what happens to the rest of the money?

Any claim for money should have been made 15 years ago if dad had no will. If he had a will, it should have been probated back then. However, if they owned a house or other real estate and he didn't have a will, you need to contact an attorney and protect any interest you may have.
