Probate Help

My father died with out a will a year ago. My mother alive and we are seven siblings in the state of Texas. One of my sisters applied for independent administration and application to determine heirship at county clerk office. I received a waiver letter from her attorney which i did not sign. Now i have received forms tnat state that I am hereby commanded to appear before the Honarable Probate court. Want to know what happens if I do not show up? What are my rights?

If you have an objection to the sister's application, you need to appear (either in person, or by attorney). If you don't, you waive your objection.
