Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

probate

my father died 2 yrs ago,my stepmother died 1 yr ago,there is supposed to be a will,my stepsister is executer,she says she cant find it,i need to know what to do,do i file in the probate court for that county,if so is there a form,is there a fee.....HELP

Call a local probate lawyer..no fee if not hired..or call us..you don't need the will to file for probate
