can i still probate my fathers will he died in 2000.the executor of his will did not do it.my father was separated for 5 years before his death in his will he leaves me his part of his land.he gave it to me 2 years before his death & i have been living on it since then 1998.his wife says i have no leg to stand on & is trying to take it from me.i need help what do i do?

Probate the will as muniment of title. It's too late for administration, but not to clear title into your name.
