during probate while waiting for creditors to file claims on the estate that im an hier to.do i have to file a form to make claim on my inheretance and if so do i stand chance of losing my inheretance

The executor has the obligation to follow the terms of the will. If you have been named as a devisee in the will, you should wait for your distribution.
