Probate a will

my father passed awaylast year i have never seen the willbut was toldby my sister-in-law my father wanted property sold that was in his name and my sisters and i would receive fair market value of an acre my sister has filed for a muniment of title. will the will still be probated? howcan i get a copy of the will? i know the attorney who has it?

If she's filed for muniment of title, the will has been entered into probate. You can see the file, or order a copy of the will (usually $1 per page).
