Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
probate will
MY mom passed away and i dont know if she had a will and i know she had will
but the conservator has it and we dont know if he lying and found it
Or has put into a probate
how do i find out if she did have a will without the conservator

You can check with the county probate clerk to see if probate has been opened. If so, the executor would have filed a copy of the will and it will be there for you to view. If probate has not been opened, you can hire an attorney to open up an heirship proceeding and request to be appointed to handle the estate.
