Probate
Does a will have to be probated in order to disburse funds from the decease's bank account to the heirs when one of the heirs is on the account and there are no disputes between heirs and no other property owned by the deceased?

Re: Probate
If it is a survivorship account, the heir that is on the account can distribute. If not, see if the bank will accept an affidavit of heirship.
