Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Is it possible to probate a will after 4 years have passed in Texas? My aunt died with a will but no real property that we knew of in 2004. We recently discovered that there is a Royalty interest in 100 acres in north texas that we knew nothing about but her will was never probated. Her will left her estate to myself and 3 sisters but there are other statutory hiers that will be intitled if her will cannot be probated.
