is there any way to find out of my children are listed in their grandfather's will?

A will (if there is one) is a personal thing until it is probated after death. If grandpa isn't saying, then there is no way of knowing.

If grandfather has already died, and his will has been probated, then it is public record. You can go to the courthouse and get a copy of the will.

If grandfather has already died, and his will has not been probated, then you can hire a lawyer to file a probate, and the judge will order the person who has the will to present it to the court.

If grandfather is still alive, that's private information and you can only find out if he tells you.
