Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My biological father passed. We know there is a trust but do not know who is in charge of the trust or where it is being kept. How do we find info on the trust

You're going to have to go through his stuff. If there is an executor of a will (if he left one), that person might know. If not cooperative, hire a lawyer and take a deposition. Good Luck.
