Probating of a will

If I make a will with an on-line service, once I have it prepared, what should be done next?

Go to a lawyer, make sure the document you prepared does what you think it will do, and make sure that the document has been properly executed.

Doing it yourself through an online service may be OK, but if it isn't, your family is in for an expensive time if the will isn't valid. Of course by that point you are dead, and unable to make the corrections.
