Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Problem with beneficary and could use help. Made independent executor and have been following the will. Beneficiary requesting information that he is not entitled to per the will and wants to be consulted for every little thing. He's contacting the people I am working with to sell the assets and causing lots of confusion and problems. Already stopped sharing any information, but he still sticks nose in where it doesn't belong. Advice?

You could try to get some kind of injunction or restraining order or check the Will, their may be a "no contest" clause. His behavior hasn't amounted to a contest, but you may be able to use it as leverage against him. If worse comes to worst, just keep him informed. A lot of times beneficiaries just like status updates. No, they often aren't entitled to them and are irritating to deal with, but appeasing minor demands sometimes prevents contest.
