Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Proceeds of land sold in trust

If an executor of a trust sells property but does not distribute the proceeds to the rightful heirs is there any recourse? After the fact can the heir try to claim land sold to 3rd party?

The executor would be personally liable for breaching fiduciary duties. The court gave the executor to sell the property, so it is unlikely that you would be able to void the sale.
