Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

property

My father passed away and left me with a house and no clear deed.

He purchased Land 1 acre and built a house on the property several years ago. Before he got a signed deed from the owner of the Land (his sister and Brother in Law) one of the owners passed away leaving no will. (brother n law )There are several sibilings involved and not are all willing to sign They do not think there father should have gave the land without asking them.

My Father has paid taxes for many years and I guess I will do the same. I would like to know is there any way around getting signature of all sibilings. The Sister and one sibiling did sign. Not sure what to do?

You can't make them sign. You can file a suit to remove cloud on title. Good Luck.
