what can i do with my parents property they both pass and left NO wil.. now the house is empty and i am paying the tax and all siblings want to sell it ....what and how can i do this

Depending on the circumstances, you could use either an heirship affidavit to determine title, or open up an heirship proceeding in probate court, have a hearing, follow the other procedural requirements, and get a court order that determines ownership.
