Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Purchased a home that is apart of an estate sale.

I live in TX and I closed on a home that was apart of an estate sale. My realtor originally told me that it would take 2 days for the judge to sign off on the deal and now she says that it will take 5 days. I'm trying to figure out is there some sort of action that can be taken due to the fact that I'm w/o a place to stay, I've closed on my home, but can't get the keys to move in until the judge signs off. How is that legal? I have been inconvienced in so many ways dealing with this house. Is there any reason for a person who has already close, not to be able to move into their own home? What could the judge possibly say that would change the deal to where I couldn't move into my house. They have my money, but I don't have a place to live nor can I enjoy being a homeowners, b/c it almost feels as if I'm not b/c I can't go inside or move any of my thing in the house..not even the garage. It may have been ok if the realtor had not told us 2 day then to turn around to say 5. This is ridiculous. I think there should be some sort of recourse.

If the house is part of an estate, then the judge has to sign the order for the administrator of the estate to allow the sale. What do your closing documents say about taking possession. If those documents are silent, then you will have to wait. If there is some date, then you can make a claim upon the seller for reasonable rent. Good Luck.
