Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My question is regarding Power of Attorney and DNR and writing a will. My brother's wife suddenly became ill and may not live. They have talked about preparing these forms but never got around to it. What does he need to complete?

He doesn't need to complete anything. He can't. If she is still capable, she should execute:

1. A DURABLE power of attorney

2. A medical power of attorney

3. Physician's Directive

4. Guardianship declaration

5. Will

Do not do this without professional help. There are way too many ways to mess everything up.
