Quick Claim Deed while on death bed
Mu step-mother-in-law had my father-in-law sign quick claim deed to house and vechiles on death bed. His Dr. state that he was unable to carry on personal business and only capable of simple conversation five before deeds were signed. Step-mother-in-law has sold traded both vechile in for new car and says vechicles and house belong totally to her. Is there any way to overturn deeds?

Such transactions can be reversed on the grounds of undue influence by the grantee of the deeds/titles, or the incompetency of the grantor.
Such actions are expensive, so there must be substantial value at stake.
